HOW TO COOK
ADD TO YOUR MEAL
Step 1. Add required amount of dried Campers Pantry veggies to the meal and stir through.
Step 2. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Add water as needed. Season to taste.

ADD TO BOILING WATER
Step 1. Add required amount of dried Campers Pantry veggies to boiling water.
Step 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
Step 3. Strain and serve as a side dish. Season to taste.
An easy, fast & lightweight option for hikers.
1/2 pack of Campers Pantry Broccoli
1/2 pack of Campers Pantry Beans
Instant Rice (these come pre cooked from your supermarket and cost around $3 or use normal rice 3/4 cup if a water source is close by)
Water - to cook rice and veggies
Tuna sachet - SAFCOL 100g
Sesame oil - use a container that works NALGINE
Sesame seeds - optional
Salt & pepper to taste
Total weight 290g serves 2
1. In a pot bring water to the boil then turn off and immerse rice packet for 5 minutes. Cut the top of the rice packet for steam to escape.
2. In a second pot bring water to the boil and add broccoli and beans. Allow to cook for a few minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Strain and serve as a side with sesame oil drizzled.
3. Add rice and top with tuna of your choice
*Chilli and dried garlic works nicely with these flavours.
