I'm just writing to say thanks for the great service I received when making a purchase from your site. I'm an Australian currently based in the States, so when I wanted to buy the Australian brand "One Planet" rucksack, I was very happy to find your site shipped internationally. Not only that, but when I changed my mind about which model rucksack I wanted, the staff I spoke to over the phone were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to check my size and colour options, and of course were happy to change my order and give me a partial refund based on the differences in price. 
 
The rucksack arrived in perfect condition in New York when the staff estimated it would - about 10 days after shipping. It arrived in time for a big camping trip and I'm very happy with the One Planet product as well as the hiking.com.au order process.
 
Thank you again for a pleasant online shopping experience. I will certainly recommend your site to my friends.

Hi, i purchased the below order yesterday and I just wanted to write back and tell you how impressed I was with the service.  I ordered in the morning and the next morning my order has arrived.  I have never had such fast service from any internet purchase.  Keep up the good work, and I will defiantly be using you in the future for the many things on my hiking wish list.  The price was also the best around.
